The blade is surprisingly strong and resilient.

This weapon is perfect!!!! Not only does it just look amazing it feels even better. Its weighted just right to preform the techniques and hearty enough to hold up to intense sparring. With a good flex on the thrust for safety this is a great product for your club or event.

Pretty much the only option on the market for a HEMA naginata head. So its nice that this is such a great product!
